These photographs of the Old First Church in Springfield (MA) were taken in May, 2008 — about four months after the congregation had closed and sold the building. The church was designed by Northampton architect Isaac Damon in 1819 and includes his signature element—the fully-enclosed steeple. Click on an image for a larger view.
